What? Are you kidding me?

I went to the gym 6 times this week. I ran 2 miles, 4x, I went to Yoga class twice, and I did strength training twice. Yesterday not only did I go snowshoeing, I went to the gym ran my 2 miles and did 108 crunches. I cut back on all my bad food choices and made healthy ones. All of that to gain weight?


Isn’t it odd that after seeing that I have gained weight, all I want to do is stuff my face?
